Help Us Change the Future of Brain Injury Support

Marshalling Brain Injuries Alliance supports individuals and families affected by traumatic brain injury (TBI), Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), and other neurodegenerative conditions linked to repetitive head impacts.

Brain injury can affect memory, mood, behaviour, relationships and mental health. Many people living with these conditions feel isolated, misunderstood or dismissed.

We exist to:

  • Raise awareness of concussion and repetitive head impacts
  • Provide free emotional and peer support
  • Equip individuals with practical tools
  • Build connection and community
  • Fund treatments

Volunteering with Marshalling Brain Injuries Alliance
Get involved, Make a difference
Together we're stronger!

At Marshalling Brain Injuries Alliance, we believe real change happens when people come together with purpose.

We support individuals and families affected by traumatic brain injury (TBI), Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), and other neurodegenerative conditions linked to repetitive head impacts. Many of those we support feel isolated, unheard, or misunderstood. Our volunteers help change that.

Whether you bring professional expertise in finance, fundraising or communications — or simply compassion, time and lived experience — you can play a vital role in strengthening our community and raising awareness of the long-term impact of brain injury.

Volunteering with us means:

  • Helping reduce isolation through peer support
  • Raising awareness of concussion and brain trauma risks
  • Supporting suicide prevention initiatives
  • Strengthening governance and sustainability
  • Being part of a growing movement for brain health

Every role — from Board positions to community moderators — contributes directly to safer conversations, stronger support systems and better outcomes for those affected.

If you believe no one should face the impact of brain injury alone, we would love to welcome you to our team.

Together, we can protect brain health and empower those living with the consequences of brain injury.
