Support and Advice

Our support groups are run by people who have first hand, lived experience of living with CTE and/or living with mental health problems. The aim of our support groups is to provide safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental spaces to connect with others that know exactly how it feels to be living life with CTE and other neurodegenerative diseases. Many members have told us that it is a massive relief to know they are not alone and how helpful it has been to connect with others who understand what they are going through. So, get in touch if you would like more information or would like to join one of our support groups....
